The Directorate General of Consular and Maritime Affairs has issued Resolution No. 614-318-ALCN of October 25, 1984 which requires authorized Class Societies and other Authorized Organizations to remit to the Republic of Panama a flat fee for the issuance of a Certificate of Crew Accommodation.
The following are the fees to be paid to the Directorate General of Consular and Maritime Affairs:

Payments shall be made by means of a certified check to the order of the Directorate General of Consular and Maritime Affairs, Republic of Panama. Such payments may be remitted to the Head Office in Panama.
